Domestic delivery to United Kingdom
UK - Free of charge Royal Mail Special Delivery
All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and normally will be delivered next working day by 1pm once shipped. The item will be insured to its full value and a signature is required upon arrival.
International delivery to Europe and rest of the world
Europe - Trackable and signature required delivery - £5
Worldwide - Trackable and signature required delivery - £10
Europe delivery usually takes 5 working days to arrive once shipped. A signature is required upon arrival.
Worldwide delivery usually takes 7 working days to arrive once shipped. A signature is required upon arrival. Please note that the delivery time is not guaranteed and a delay may occur due to carrier company and customs clearance.
Please get in touch to know the exact shipping schedule of your order. If you require your order urgently for a special date or occasion, please do contact us before you place the order. We will try our best to fulfil your needs and an extra fee may be charged for the faster delivery service.
Please note that we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.
Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties, customs charges and delay of delivery which may incur at the point of entry into the destination country.
Return for Refund & Exchange
We sincerely hope you are delighted with your purchase.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied and would like to return the item for refund or exchange, please contact us within 72 hours and we will send you a return number and address.
Please be aware of that the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Return will not be accepted after this time. Refund and exchange will be carried out within 10 working days of receiving the item. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
All items returned for refund or exchange must be unworn and in their original condition. All returns must be in their original package and packed safely.
Please note that we do not pay for the delivery cost of returning item. It is customers’ responsibility until the item is received by us. Therefore, we strongly suggest you use Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK or a trackable and signature required delivery in Europe and worldwide for any return.
Commissioning or bespoke item, made to order and pre-order item are non-refundable, but we will endeavour to fulfil customers’ expectation.
Order & Product Availability
Orders in stock will be shipped within 10 working days of receiving full payment. As soon as the item is shipped, a confirming email with tracking number will be sent to inform you.
All rings and other ‘made to order’ items usually takes several weeks to be fulfilled and despatched. Please go to the specific product page to find out the lead time.
We provide 12 months warranty from the date of purchase for all items.
This warranty covers production fault, material defect, damage in transit and loose of earring back only. If a damage occurs due to inappropriate use, accident, wilful breakage and normal wear and tear (eg. the finish of oxidisation layer faded or worn off), an additional fee may be charged for repair, refurbishment and resize for all rings. We remain the right to assess and determine the event of any damage and repair.
Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty. Any repair will incur a charge after this period. If a postage occurs for repair, refurbishment or resize, all cost of delivery will be customer’s expense unless an agreement has been made in advance.
Price & Payment
We reserve the right to review and modify the price of all items at any time without notice in advance.
We accept payments via major debit and credit card. If you prefer to use cheque or bank transfer please feel free to contact us.
All prices and payments are indicated and processed in Sterling Pounds (GBP). The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate and charges applied by the credit and debit card company.
Commission & Bespoke
If you would like to have your piece unique, such as using different material, particular size or any other requirement, please feel free to contact us and we are happy to work with you to create bespoke pieces.
If you have an item which you would like to repurpose, please feel free to contact us.
All items will be wrapped in acid free tissue and stored in recyclable, good quality and branded cardboard gift box to ensure items arrive safely and beautifully.
All parcels will be packed soundly and securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
